This cookbook will show how to create a Director's Brief from a template: starting with a ready-made layout, dropping in the operation's maps and key numbers, and producing a clean brief a director can use in the daily operational rhythm. Marty has built a 90-minute seminar guide that teaches the full workflow, and he is piloting it with North Central Division mappers in August 2026.
